This policy describes information handled when you use gpadtester.online and its browser-based testing tools.
Controller data stays in your browser
The tester reads controller information exposed by your browser, including the device name, button states, axis values, and supported vibration features. These readings are processed locally for the live display and test results. The tester does not upload controller readings to a server.
Microphone permission
Microphone access is requested only when you start a microphone test. Audio is analyzed locally to display its level; the tester does not record or upload it. You can stop the test at any time. The test also stops when the page is hidden or you leave it. You can revoke permission in your browser settings.
Reports and session information
Test readings are held in page memory during your session. Exporting a report creates a JSON file on your device; it does not send the file to us. If you share a report with someone else, review its contents first because it can include controller identifiers and test readings.
Cookies, analytics, and hosting
The current tester does not set application cookies, store test results in local storage, or include advertising or analytics scripts. Fonts are served with the site.
Visiting the site still requires network requests. The hosting or network provider may process technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time to deliver the site, maintain security, and diagnose errors. This policy does not specify a retention period for provider logs.
Information you choose to share
If you contact us, the details you provide may be used to respond to your question or investigate an issue. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information. External services you use to send a message handle information under their own policies.
Your choices
